- All the inquiries and customer service for jewelry purchased directly on the Bambola web shop send an email to: hello@bambola.shop
- Otherwise please contact the store from which your Bambola jewelry was purchased.
- All the metal parts in Bambola are brass gold-plated with a layer of 18K gold.
- We highly recommend to avoid lotion, hairspray and other cosmetics to be in contact with your jewelry.
- Please remember to avoid exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorine and other chemicals - especially the designs with freshwater pearls.
- Please store your jewelry in a dry room jewelry box, never in the bathroom.

Shipping & Returns
- Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate.
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
- Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees.
- Expedited Standard for orders $250.00 and up: FREE (3-4 business days).
- Expedited Standard: $4.90 (3-4 business days).
- Express: $19.90 (1-2 business days).

- Rates shown at checkout are based on your address and the order's weight and dimensions.
- Expedited Standard for orders $250.00 and up: FREE (7-10 business days).
- Canada: 3-5 Business days.
- Rest of the world: 7-10 Business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact hello@bambola.shop to check on the status of your order.
- We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 15 days of receipt.
- All items purchased during promotions and one-of-a-kind items are available to return for store credit only.
- All made-to-order pieces and select sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not currently provide shipping labels for international returns.
